I had placed an order back on March 6th in store on the computer in the store, and the points had never come to my account. I was wondering if there was a way to be able to add them to my account.
The order number was 201********; it had a pair of Nike Air Maxes and Oakleys on it. If not, it's not a problem; it would just help me a lot to get to my 300 points quicker!
The order was placed under this email and phone number I have attached. Thank you.

I ordered items for Christmas believing this was a *** Sporting Goods website and come to find out. It is a Chinese website who stole my credit card information stole my money and never delivered any products and is continuously telling me that my post office signed for the products however the third-party company that was supposed to deliver it is out of England, and there is no contact information to get a hold of anybody From the delivery service or from the company.

I ordered clothes and shoes last month to later find out the site was scammers. We reached out to each other through email. They told me to give them 30day for merch and it's been over 30 days

I received my order tonight, and both cups had what looked like box cutter marks down the side of them. I'm very disappointed as they are no longer on sale and were not in store. However, this is not the first damaged order from here; this is my third damaged order.
Preferred solution: Items replaced I can't give these as gifts.
To get ok on return of shoes
I was told I would have to locate the purchase on my checking acct or other account . I havent had time to do so as the shoes were purchased in 2024 .
They were supposedly $140.
I would like some consideration and let the return go through. Thank you.

gave them all the requested information they needed, including pictures still waiting to see how they are responding to the claim of the Nike shoe that did not hold up, I think they are sending me a new pair, but I have not heard anything back, or I would like to be refunded for the amount that I paid for the shoe! Hopefully this matter gets taken in place and rectified in a timely manner
My parcel has not come but said it has been delivered but i dont have it so can i have a refund

i got a pair of sneakers was in hospital heart surgery emergency and pacemaker got out and person i got them for abused me for the last time especially when i was almost killed by a drunk guy in 2017 i called from hospital and i also have hoodies that i need to return and they arent able but jordans weent 30 days and if where bc i ws in hospital them safety isue

Very bad costumer Service in store
My wife went today to Terranova plaza to the shoes department and there was only 1 employee atending the shoe
Department she ask him for 10.5 wide football snickers and he never got her the correct size, the reason i am sending you this email is because when ever she goes to buy to your stores you are short of staff. I just wanted to let you know because she is telling me

Verified ReviewerI called customer service line and it immediately disconnected my phone call. After 10 tries I hung Hugo and lies was ecstatic to help and I personally wish every company treated their customers like.
Your customer service line is always out of order when I call for help. I get 5 minutes in and they transfer me but the line disconnects immediately. Its hard to get answers unless I drive 50 miles round trip.

Worst customer service
Tried to return a hoodie but was 2 days past the return date. Was told customer service could help. I was put on hold and transferred around for 25 minutes only to be told I should just try and sell it online.
They lost my business.
