DO NOT BASKETBALL HOOPS AT DICKS OR HAVE THEM TO INSTALL IT.WE BOUGHT A DEFECTIVE HOOP AND EVERY TIME WE PLAY, THE HOOP KEEPS COMMING DOWN (ELITE TYPE).

WE COMPLAINNED TO THE MANAGER. THEY HAVE BEEN IN OUR HOUSE TWICE AND WERE UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY NOW WANT US TO PAY FOR A NEW INSTALATION AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE MATERIAL AND POSSIBLE DAMAGES RELATED WITH THE INSTALATION OF A NEW MODEL. I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND ABOUT TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE IN COURT.

POOR STORE MANAGEMENT.LOST OF MY PRECIOUS TIME WITH THIS IS ISSUE
