A representative told me that she could not help me with my problem and at that point I was tying up her line and hung up on me.Prior to hanging up on me she had me on hold for close to 10 minutes and would not transfer me to a supervisor.

I honestly was not rude to her which threw me off when she began to throw an attitude. When I called back another agent informed me she never filled out any of my paperwork.

This was 2 hours of my life wasted on being treated badly by a worker with a bad attitude!!!!Needless to say my problem was never resolved or compensated, poor service at it's finest!

Monetary Loss: $250.

Daytona ***'s store amazes me.No greeting when you walk in, Golf section is unresponsive to cutomers verbal or non-verbal at times.

Guess if you are DRESSED LIKE A PRO or known locally then you receive help or service. No question or answer is conducted between assc.

& customer.Poor customer relations for a well name store.
