Placed order for two in stock items yesterday, paid extra to have NEXT DAY delivery because I was giving them to my son early as a Christmas present. He was leaving town the day after.

Received package from Dicks and only had one item. Called Customer service. Was told that next day delivery doesn't always mean it will be delivered next day. Say what??

Why offer a service, charge additional and not deliver as promised. Representative says maybe I will get tomorrow after my son has gone. Customer Service Rep acted as though it was no big deal.

Needless to say, I will not be buying from ***'s anymore.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Online customer service.
