Ordered cleats 6 days ago. I tried to check the status of my order online since I need them very soonz no status.

I called and was told "oh, there on backorder" At no time did the website ever say they are not in stock, they still show online as available. The person I talked to gave me the flimsiest apology. I had to run out tonight to the local store to buy cleats.

Their selection is absolute ***. I will never order from Dicks online again.
