Why we’re my clubs not sealed and used?

Goodmorning I ordered a full set of irons new and when they only one of them was sealed in plastic and some of them had ball strike marks like they were used. Why when I spend hundreds of dollars on “New” clubs are they not sealed and show use?

Refund where is it??????????????

Im sorry but i returned by mail a month ago my items 2 pair of leggings and i dont habe info like order nimber i am shouldnt have to try and get that by again and again it took lomg enuff to get tbe label pack it up go to fedex drop and ship oit so wheres my refund at i am verry verrry frustrated its worth aboit 80 some dollars ismt lile a 5 dollar refund i got no reason to contsct u by mow i should of gotten tht.i mean. Ir return process needs adjusting cuz its ridiculous at tbis now i gota waste more time to hunt my order for return down to get my jard erned money back !!!!!!

I want to purchase the 14’ trampoline with safety net for $299. My local store said I cannot pick one up curbside because they are out of them.
