Child was cut on a tag
Good afternoon, today me and my son went to *** in cranberry pa to buy athletic t ball pants. The excitement turned into sadness when while trying on the pants he was cut on the back of his knee with one of the tags that was placed on the inside of the pants.
We had to leave and unfortunately did not get to buy or try on any more pants. I wanted to suggest so this hopefully doesnt happen to another child that the tags be placed in an area that can not harm anyone. When inside the pants people can unknowingly pull them up onto their legs and the tags are so sharp on the corners that it can cut them. This was a terrible experience for my son that should have been fun and made him pumped to play tball and instead he left crying.
So if you can please figure a way that this doesnt have to happen to another family. We shop with *** frequently being in volleyball deck hockey and t ball and usually leave satisfied.
This is an idea that could help the store and the safety of the customers. Thank you for your time.

Employee harassment
I picked out a item I was gonna get then decided I didnt want it so I set it on a rack in the same section I picked it up from. A employee named Cher approached me a few mins later and asked where the pants on the hanger that I was carrying around went.
I said I put it back in the Adidas section where I found them and she said no they arent you better come show me where you put them right now. Demanding that I go show her where they are insinuating that I stole them an was lying. Remind you Ive never in my life stole from that store. I say to her Im not gonna show you where anything is thats your job to find it.
We yelled back and forth and she demands one of her coworkers to call the cops and tries forcing me to leave the store. I refused to leave and told her to call them I hadnt done anything wrong. When the state troopers showed up they were baffled that she had acted like that and called them over nothing.
He took everyones name and left. The store even gave me a no trespassing so Im never allowed back there.

We purchased a mountain bike for my teenage daughter at *** for xmas this past year. While her new bike was in our garage during the spring, one of her friends accidentally knocked the bike over and it apparently knocked some of the gears loose.
When the weather warmed up, my daughter took her bike out to take it for a ride and the gears were all messed up. So my husband loaded the bike in the truck and took it to the same *** location we bought the bike from, which told us when we bought it they worked on it for the lifetime of the bike! When he took the bike into the store, which still sells the same bike, we were told that due to Covid19 they can only sell the bikes, not work on them!!!!!!????????
This makes absolutely no sense to me! We can have people in our stores shopping, spending money, buying our products, but if anything goes wrong or our products break or our defective in any way your out of luck??????????????

Be wary buying shoes from Dick's
I had ordered a pair of Adidas Superstars from *** they were a little too small for me, no big deal. I returned them, and ordered a new pair.
When the new pair arrived, they had clearly been used and worn by somebody else before. The shoes had a white substance on the toe box and the mid sole (I don't know what it was) and no matter what I did, it would not come out. I stuck with these shoes, sure that I could manage to get the white substance out of the shoes. Finally, 8 months after buying the shoes, through tons of rigorous cleaning and experimenting with cleaning products, I have managed to rid the shoes of the white substance entirely.
It was all around a bad experience. Other shoes I have bought from Dick's in the past have been fine, but these Superstars really ruined the whole experience for me.
User's recommendation: Be ready to return shoes, they do not hesitate to sell used shoes for full price.
Rude Manager (Stanley) Mall of La Baton Rouge, La
I went to the store to return an item
Stanley came out to help another customer and seen me getting out of my car. In a rude voice, he tells me to stay back we need to be social distance
I understood what he was talking about it was his tone.
I was trying to tell him I was just getting out me car and I see that he was working with someone else. He tells me that's to wait he's going to help the car behind me.
When he came from helping the customer behind me. He started talking rude and I went off telling how rude he is. He told me that he wasn't taking my item and close the door.
I called in inside the store the lady gave me the customer service number and told me that Stanley was coming back out to get my items
After waiting another 5 minutes I called back into the store.
Stanley told me he doesn't know why she said that he was coming back out. I told him I was going to report he said he didn't care and hung up in my face

I bought a nine hundred dollar GT bike that wasn’t put together right and the manager Bee JAY from Woodhaven queens NY store said they fixed it when I ask him if they changed the caged Bering a 3 dollar part he said no I said then you didn’t fix the bike he became very nasty I took my bike and left they have no clue about bikes in that store Won’t purchase or repair a bike at *** any more.
