I have made an online order on 12 Nov and Delivery was supposed to in 5 days but i havent received my order nor am i able to track it.
I think there might be some kind of scam.

In store issue but great online service
I was double charged for an item in store and the online woman was so understanding. She couldnt help but listed to my concerns and told me what to do get it fixed. Very satisfied customer

Ordered presents for grandsons birthday. Supposedly delivered on 6/21 at 12:51.
Went down to mailroom next morning and there was no package. Instead of securing the package in the mailrooms secure package center, the Fed Ex delivery person just laid the box on the floor.
I live in a 300 apartment complex so be failing to secure package, believe it was stolen. Either that or delivery person laid package on floor, took picture and then took the package with them!
After 3 different chats with your teammates, finally got the items reordered but they will not arrive in time for his party so Grandma has to explain why she doesnt have any presents for him!
Sad customer service!

From the tracking it shows it has arrived almost a week ago Can you tell me who has supposedly delivered the shoes to me ?

User's recommendation: When a supplier won’t even acknowledge that the product has been ordered and paid for, then I received advice that it had been delivered to my address, ( which it hasn’t ) I write to ask who delivered, where delivered… not reply whatsoever which in my book is extremely poor public relations so I would suggest any readers of my response to stay well clear of this retailer as they cannot provide even the courtesy of a reply or explanation.
Score card rewards
My *** score card rewards have recently expired. A customer service representative in store suggested I contact customer service. I am hoping you will reactivate them.

I ordered the sneakers while in the store but we placed an online order at a fixed price and once I had them delivered, they came in with a clearance price inside the sneaker and I called and asked for the discounted price and they gladly obliged and I saved an extra nine dollars plus Thank you so much

Checking on a order
On Facebook there is an ad for Dick's SG. The Ad was for Asics and they were going cheap.
I placed an order. However, I never received a confirmation of my order. That's when I called. The Rep said there is no order under your name.
Apparently I had been scammed. Asics is a brand name!!!
Purchased golf bag/clubs form you and still not recieved them ?
I purchased a clubs/ golf bag from you on the 30/08/23.. until today I havent received the items..
Ive followed all the sent emails regarding its whereabouts by tracking the following number 202308****982059. On your last email it read that these items were delivered and signed for..
however I havent received the items or even signed for anything perhaps theres been a mixup and hopefully you can sort this issue. Thanks..

went to store with not alot of time but ample. The two cashiers that were working ended up having issues with both their current shoppers so line got really long finally another associate came to front and opened drawer one or the first one closest to the door.
I paid for item and was now on *** of being late to practice so I just took my change wadded it up in receipt and left once I got my son to practice while sitting waiting I pulled receipt and change out only to realize that instead of the 33.80 that was due I recieved 13.80 so I called asked to speak with manager and asked if when she closed drawer to call me as it should be $20 over well she never called so I called this morning and she had associate tell me drawer wasnt over well I know that there is no way that it wasnt. I realize that these young people cant cou t change even when it is on register because it happens alot either you get back over or under . I usually always count because of this , but because I was late I didnt . I know without a doubt drawer had to be over unless they had given change that was over to someone else.
And either way manager should have called me back last night. Will not be going back to this location.

Well it gets even better! Tonight I was 2 hours from home at my granddaughters softball game and at 4:45 pm DOOR DASH calls to tell me they can’t get in building…even though they deliver several times a day to the apartment complex.
I was not comfortable giving a stranger the security code to get in our building and told her to take to office (open til 6).
So the delivery person sets the package in the pot of flowers in the front of the building where anyone can get to it. I chatted with teammate from Dicjs who said it should have been returned to *** Just another example of poor customer service!
